What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, business name, email address, telephone number, town and the description of your enquiry. When you call us we hold the record of that call.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use it to answer your enquiry and to provide services you ask for. The lawful basis is legitimate interests for responding to an enquiry you initiated, and contract where we go on to work together.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted after NEEDS REAL VALUE months. Client records are kept for NEEDS REAL VALUE years to meet accounting obligations.
Who else sees it
NEEDS REAL VALUE. List every processor here, including the email provider, hosting provider, CRM and any AI provider that receives data, along with whether any of them transfer data outside the UK.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email info@lancashireai.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
